1, How do I make a purchase?
Click on the item you wish to purchase, then click "Add to cart" to put it in your Shopping Cart. Then add additional items or proceed to 'checkout'. Remember, an item isn't yours until you pay for it at checkout. Until then, someone else can still buy it.

4, Shipping
We utilize Parcel Force to ship your parcel. The shipping fee charges $9.99 for every order. Because all of our shoes are hand-made, it takes 3-4 days to ship and handling.
After we ship your order from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

5, Returns
Before you want to return shoes, please Contact Us at service@christianlouboutinshoessales.com first to discuss the problem you are having and then send back any shoes you don't love within 15 days of receipt (see your packing slip for final return date). We will issue a refund, excluding your original shipping and 10% handling charges. Item(s) must be returned in resalable condition with intact original packaging. Please pay enough attention that the return shipping is at your expense.
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. If you would like a pair of different shoes or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.
